How we help your brand in China
From registration to first sale
We handle the legal and regulatory groundwork for entering China — trademark registration, company setup (WFOE or cross-border), product certification, and import planning — so you keep full control over your brand and supply chain.
Every brand we work with starts with a realistic assessment of product-market fit, entry model, timeline, and budget.
Your stores, managed by our Shanghai team
As an official Tmall Partner, we build and manage your stores on Tmall, JD, Douyin, and RedNote. Store design, product listings, daily operations, customer service, ad campaigns, and fulfillment — all run by our Shanghai team.
We operate stores for brands across health supplements, cosmetics, fragrance, consumer goods, pet care, outdoor sports, and more.
Your operational base in China
Warehousing, import logistics, product certification, trade show representation, printing, and bookkeeping. We act as your operational base in China so you don't need a local entity to get things done.
For brands with a WFOE, we manage the full operational stack — accounting, tax filings, bank operations, staff, and daily coordination with headquarters.

Read case studyCommon questions about entering China
Quick answers to the questions we hear most from brands considering the China market.
Not necessarily. Cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) lets you sell into China via platforms like Tmall Global and JD Worldwide without a WFOE. Products ship from bonded warehouses. It's a lower-risk first step — you can set up a local entity later as sales grow.
For cross-border (Tmall Global), a typical timeline is 2-4 months from contract to live store — including trademark registration, store application, product listings, and design. A domestic Tmall store with a WFOE takes longer due to entity setup, usually 4-6 months total.
Costs vary significantly by entry model and category. A cross-border Tmall Global store has lower upfront costs (platform deposits, setup fees, monthly operations). A full WFOE with domestic Tmall adds entity registration, import licensing, and compliance. We provide a detailed budget projection during the market assessment.
Yes — and we often recommend this approach. Start with cross-border to validate product-market fit, build initial sales data, and learn the platform dynamics. Once volumes justify it, transition to a local entity for better margins, broader platform access, and offline distribution.
It depends on your category, price point, and target consumer. Tmall is the default for brand building. Douyin and RedNote (Xiaohongshu) drive discovery and content commerce. JD is strong for electronics, FMCG, and health. PDD for volume. We recommend a platform mix based on your specific situation — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
