Shanghai Jungle recently organized an offline event in collaboration with key partners, accompanied by a three-month sales campaign on Nanjing West Road in Shanghai. This project involved multiple aspects of planning and execution to create a well-rounded event and promotion for the products on offer.
We took charge of the full display design and decoration for the event. This included sourcing high-quality decoration materials and carefully arranging them to create an inviting and functional setup in the shop. The space was designed to highlight the products on display and enhance the customer experience. In addition to the shop decoration, we sourced food and wine to provide a welcoming atmosphere and nurture our guests during the event.
The guest list included representatives from the Portuguese Embassy, VIP customers, and influential bloggers. These guests were invited to participate in the event, with bloggers specifically creating content to share online, further promoting the campaign. The presence of embassy representatives added an element of international cooperation, while VIP customers and bloggers helped generate buzz and drive engagement both in person and online.
To document the event and maximize its impact, we organized a professional video shoot that captured key moments, including interactions with guests and highlights of the shop’s design and product offerings. Alongside the event, a robust online publicity campaign was launched, leveraging content created by bloggers and influencers, as well as targeted advertisements on social media platforms.
The products showcased during the event are available for sale in the shop following the event, ensuring that customers who were unable to attend still have the opportunity to purchase them. Additionally, the products are available through the shop’s online channels, broadening access for those outside the immediate area.
This project was a comprehensive effort that combined thoughtful preparation, collaboration with key stakeholders, and multi-channel promotion to support the shop’s sales and enhance customer connections.
