Stockholm sees itself as the ‘Capital of Scandinavia’ and wanted to increase the Chinese tourists awareness of its unique offerings in culture, nature, shopping and food, in order to place it firmly in the minds of Chinese tourists as one of the leading European capitals.
Implementing a high quality WeChat with comprehensive info about all of Stockholm’s offerings. The WeChat is supported by high-frequency accounts on Weibo, DouYin, Little Red Book and Sohu with content created by Shanghai Jungle. Moreover, these activites are supported by influencer trips and campaigns as well as in-house China-specific video production. In parallel with our solutions for Visit Stockholm we have also implemented and run a full-scale WeChat account for their sister organization Invest Stockholm.
woom Bikes is an Austrian based company producing bikes designed for kids.
woom decided to expand into China where it had no prior presence.
Established stores on Chinese e-commerce platforms Taobao and Little Red Book, opened official accounts on WeChat and Weibo, created posts on 3rd party social media and established cooperation with online influencers. Once all Chinese content was present we have launched various marketing campaigns to support the sales of the bikes both through own channels as well as through distributors across China. Finally, in addition to our marketing services we have supported woom in importing and storing the bikes.
Visit Scotland is Scotland’s official tourism promotion organisation.
To increase the awareness of Scotland as an individual and unique destination for Chinese tourists; to broaden Chinese tourists stay in Scotland beyond Edinburgh and to increase the length of their stay in Scotland.
Implemented a range of activities covering all phases of the Chinese tourists’ travel experience: Dream, plan, book, travel and share. Among the tools implemented were official accounts on WeChat, Weibo, Youku and Sohu as well as a dedicated WeChat mini-app with an interactive map and categorized POIs. These measures were complemented by other marketing campaigns.
The Kunsthistorisches Museum is one of Europe’s leading art museums located in Vienna.
With Chinese FITs looking for unique and cultural experiences Vienna’s famous Kunsthistorisches Museum experienced an increase in the number of visitors coming from China and wanted to provide this group with better service - and to increase its visibility towards more Chinese tourists.
Our comprehensive ‘museum solution’ which includes a high-quality Chinese website hosted in China, a public WeChat account with weekly postings (mainly based on KHM’s Facebook/ Instagram accounts), substantially improved profiles on China’s leading travel social media (Mafengwo and Qyer) and printed marketing materials.
Warsaw is one of Europe’s most dynamic capitals and has seen a surge in Chinese tourists over the past years. Our client is Warsaw Tourist Office, the city’s official tourism promotion organisation, responsible for both attracting more tourists and for ensuring that those who come have a great stay.
Warsaw’s challenge - and hence ours - is threefold. First, to increase the awareness of Warsaw as a top destination for Chinese tourists in Europe, and to ensure that those who come stay more days in the city. And Third, to equip the Chinese tourists with information and guidance which enable them to appreciate the city to the fullest.
Based on an integrated and highly operational strategy we help Warsaw with a range of measures, including: To raise awareness and promote the ‘Warsaw brand’: Visits and promotion with Chinese KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and cooperation with popular travel platforms Mafengwo, Qyer and Dianping. Moreover extensive marketing and creation of high quality content for WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Youku and Sohu.

Visit Denmark has been present in China for many years and enjoys strong relations with Chinese travel agencies. But with more of the business shifting to FIT’s the opportunity and challenge is to reach the new segment of tourists and get them to spend more time/ nights in Denmark.
Together with Visit Denmark we developed and launched the high quality magazine Discover Denmark 悠游丹麦, distributed free of charge to all Chinese visa applicants to Denmark. Development and maintenance of an online shopping guide fully integrated on WeChat and covering all relevant shops in Denmark’s 3 largest cities.
